Estrogen is a hormone that regulates the reproductive cycle and plays an important role in maintaining bone health. Unfortunately, estrogen levels decrease as women get older, which causes symptoms like hot flashes and vaginal dryness.

Symplex F is an estrogen replacement drug.

Estrogen replacement therapy (ERT) is used to treat these issues and can help alleviate menopausal symptoms in women who are experiencing them. In addition, Symplex F contains phytoestrogens and coumestans, which have been shown to increase estrogen levels by binding with estrogen receptors on cells; this decreases uterine lining thickening during menstruation and reduces breakthrough bleeding during periods.

Coumestans are a class of chemicals that mimic the effects of estrogen, but they don’t get converted into estradiol in your body as synthetic estrogens do.

Phytoestrogens are plant-based chemicals that have estrogen-like properties. They are not the same as estrogens but can be found in legumes, seeds and grains, soybeans and soy products, and vegetables.

The phytoestrogen content of Symplex F varies depending on the brand you purchase. For example, The original formula contains 400 mg per serving of soy isoflavones; however, there is no mention of coumestrol or daidzein (other phytoestrogens). Likewise, the strawberry flavor contains 80 mg each of genistein and daidzein per serving but no information about coumestrol or other specific compounds used in this supplement’s formulation.

The phytoestrogens in Symplex F are epifriedelanol, isoflavones, and lignans.

The phytoestrogens in Symplex F are epifriedelanol, isoflavones, and lignans. These compounds mimic the effects of estrogen by binding to estrogen receptors on cells. Depending on the context, this can cause changes in your body’s metabolism that may be beneficial or harmful. For example:

  • Soy has been shown to lower cholesterol levels.
  • Some studies have found that soy products reduce the risk of developing breast cancer by decreasing the amount of circulating estrogen (a hormone) in women who are at high risk for developing this form of cancer; however, other research suggests that these claims are overstated based upon the flawed methodology used during their study design process.

The coumestans in Symplex F are dihydrofulvic acid and dihydromatricaria esters.

Coumestans are a class of phytochemicals found in cruciferous vegetables and herbs. They’re named after their chemical structure, which includes a methylated hexaene ring (the name “coumestan” comes from the word “cumin”).

Dihydrofulvic acid is the main coumestan found in Symplex F. It’s also known as dihydroferulic acid or feruloylglycine, depending on what type you’re talking about. Dihydromatricaria esters are also part of this formula–they’re derived from dandelion flowers and have anti-inflammatory properties that may help reduce swelling around your eyes.

In addition, it can improve symptoms associated with low estrogen levels, such as hot flashes, night sweats, and vaginal dryness.

Symptoms of low estrogen levels include hot flashes, night sweats, and vaginal dryness. In addition to improving these symptoms, Symplex F can help improve bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis for postmenopausal women.

Symplex f is not a cure for menopause or hormone deficiency. However, it may help you feel better during this time in your life by reducing some of the unpleasant symptoms associated with them, such as hot flashes and night sweats.
